  1. Man, you’re right. They probably spent more money developing those stupid vehicles than they ever made through all their terrorism.

Now I’m picturing a drunk Cobra Commander slurring DESTRO! I NEED A GIANT BUZZSAW THATS ALSO A FULLY FUNCTIONAL ATTACK VEHICLE! YOU CAN DO THAT? GREAT ILL TAKE 50!

  2. Fun video! I always thought they had youth (esp boys) that were much older in the commercials than who would actually play with the toys. I assume it was so adults would keep on buying the toys for kids.

    1. I face that issue today with my daughter. A lot of the toys for girls show pre-teens or teens playing with the toys. Like a commercial for Fur Real Pets show hip teens playing with a fake dog and my daughter will want it (because she says she’s a teenager, at 5), after a day she’s bored and says its for babies. I think that is how they market to girls nowadays, sadly. Also the ages on the boxes seem to be skewed to high and never last as long as they say.

      1. American Girl totally showed older girls playing with the (pricey) dolls when my daughter was younger. We bought her one and luckily she remained interested in it for awhile.
