It Came From…Issue #2

Welcome back to the new and improved IT CAME FROM….My Side of the Laundry Room. In this issue I un-bag a few McDonald’s Happy Meal Toys from the 80s and I take a look at one of the oldest gaming books in my collection…1978’s D&D Player’s Handbook. At the moment IT CAME FROM… is a “show” that I use to get past the rocky spots in Chris and I’s schedules when we can’t film episodes of LIVE. I’m hoping to change that and make IT CAME FROM… a normal weekly show to air along side LIVE. Time will tell if I’ll be able to pull this off.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy another look at my funky little collection of knick-knacks.

  1. A few years ago (actually maybe 10) McDonald’s was including Madame Alexander Wizard of Oz dolls in their Happy Meals. I was OBSESSED with getting the entire collection for my daughter. I would drive around to local stores just to get a doll that another store didn’t have. I will not let her get rid of the dolls now, since I was the one who put so much effort into getting them for her.
