80s Girl’s Toys I Wish I Had

Hey, I’m pretty proud to admit that there were some awesome “girl’s” toys from the 80s I wish I had as a kid. Here is a list of some that stand out in my memory.

  1. It was all so gender-specific in the 80s, wasn’t it, Rob?
The same applied to comics in the UK – most of the top writers/artists on 2000AD started out in girls comics, so the curiosity to check out these early works was overwhelming.
Strangely enough, NO girls read comics at my school, and yet sci-fi (even horror!) comics were produced especially for them!
Keep seeing Sloth in your intros, so thot u might like to see this:

    1. It was and it’s a trend that still holds true. Heck, my kids are guilty of it too. My son wanted a Hatchimal so he got one. My daughter got so made because its suppose to be a girl toy. Oh well, it was a great time to reinforce some good ideals.
