I take an encyclopedic look at the most awesome decade, the 80s. In this (rough around the edges) episode I give brief rundowns of three items from the 80s that begin with the letter “R”. They are the TV show Riptide, the construction toy Robotix, and the action/adventure movie Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins.
I get nostalgic about some of my earliest memories of the video stores around my town in the early 1980s. Video Rental Shops were such a big part of growing up in the 80s and the beginning stages of my adult life in the 90s. It’s understandable why they went extinct, but it’s still a shame.
